Deposits

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure all hair and make-up services. This amount comes off the final bill for your service. If you need to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit for future bookings.

Cancellations

We send a reminder text 48 hours in advance to allow enough time if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule. We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes, and reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to make your appointment you forfeit your deposit and no credit will be given.

Refunds/Returns

We do not offer refunds on deposits, hair and make-up services. Contact us within one week of your appointment if you have any concerns about your hair and require an adjustment. This must be booked within one week of your initial service. We will accept returns on faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase.
